1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • A purchase receipt or order confirmation is required.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Because our pieces are handmade and made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Customized or altered items.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
  • Accessories, scarves, and intimate wear for hygiene reasons.

3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or style within 7 days, subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose store credit or a refund (as per eligibility).

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered:

  • Contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We will arrange free return shipping and either replace the item or issue a full refund.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item.
  • Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
  • Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
